How can I apply to colleges before giving any entrance with a low academic performance? Can you guide in detail with a good strategy?

10th/12th/BE (2009-14) EEE percentages are -80.4/61.1/53.7 (6.12 CGPA), overall experience (15-months as an HR recruiter). Recently taking mock test percentiles are avg. 50-60. Give me a strategy to get a good score in CAT. To which all exam and colleges should I apply for a better placement?
