How can I apply to get my degree certificate from Asia e University as I have completed my B.Ed in 2011 but haven't received it yet?

Instead of contacting the university, direct contact your admission center where you had taken admission as they will help you better. Even if you have a provisional certificate, you don't have to worry as with it's help, you can apply anywhere.
