How can I apply to study B.Tech abroad? Which is the most affordable and the best country for the same?

Germany Universities are the best option for higher studies because fee in German Universities is nominal. You can also evaluate Singapore or Malaysia for higher education because the cost of education is cheaper in comparison to USA, UK, Australia or Canada.

You have to appear for SAT exam for Bachelors in technology degree abroad. Money should not matter take a loan and if you are talented, loan will be just a mist after completion of your degree. Hopefully, it will help you.

GRE is for Master's degree, you can relate it with the GATE exam. SAT is for undergraduate like JEE in India. TOEFL is for those people, who don't have English as their primary language. So, you have to write both SAT and TOEFL exam for undergraduate admissions.
