Generally, MAT percentile for OHU students is above 95 percentile and you cannot apply via ILS as you're from OHU. I would suggest you to take your CET exam too and look for a betterment. You can apply for PGDM though. You will get a call for GD/PI if you apply for PGDM. Forms are available on the website.
    All the best.

Congratulation for your results. If you apply for MMS through MAT or CET, firstly you will be considered as OMS (Non Maharashtra State) candidate and secondly, very few seats are reserved for people who have secured their seats through CAT, XAT, MAT and ATMA exams and cut-off for these seats are very high like around 95-99%. I would suggest you to reappear for MAT and score between 95-99% for MMS seats or you can apply for PGDM course which are generally based on GD, PI and exam score.
    Best of luck.

You can give CET as well as XAT, MAT, CMAT and other exams for MMS course also. But the percentile cut-off for outside state students was about 98.20 last year for all the exams as they come under All India seats. It is difficult to say at this point that whether outside Maharashtra students will be able to apply for ILS seats.
    Good luck.
