How can I attach OBC-NCL certificate in JEE Advanced?
I am from Surat and am appearing in class 12th CBSE.

Hello, The OBC Certificate should not be old than 6 months, or you must prefer the latest made OBC Certificate from E- Mitra Kendra or by gazetted officer.
The above certificate would be helpful while doing the JEE Main, as well as JEE Advanced Counselling process too. -

OBC-NCL certificate (Form-OBC-NCL) should have been issued on or after April 01, 2018 in confirmation with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. If any OBC-NCL candidate fails to collect the OBC-NCL certificate (issued after April 1, 2018) before online registration, he/she may upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate) to that effect.
