How can I avoid sleeping while studying? What schedule should I consider to study actively?

Study is important, so is sleep. Complete your 6-8 hours of sleep satisfactorily. Do take small breaks in between your study.

Before reading any book/notes, first, read the most interesting subject, the one which you like the most.
For reading, use table and chairs.
8 hours of sleep is enough for a student.
At night, try to eat dry food like roti. For lunch, you can eat whatever you want, no problem. Just don't eat a lot

Sleep involves serotonin and sleep is also required for your memory to be refreshed. Anyhow you need to have sound sleep. It's better you make a routine of study and sleep well and try to follow it honestly for 25 days. Avoid taking food that requires more energy or time to digest. Too much dietary

You should sleep around 6-8 hours, then only you can enjoy your studies. You should consume a normal amount of food.
