you should go for Mtech and for better future do MPHIL or any reasearch

if u want to become a lecturer then aim to have bst knowledge about that area, this is th first option u had Btech in electrical so aim to complete masters n then PHD in same area if u can spend more time in studies.. else u can try any private college after Masters in electrical n enjoy teaching as
