There are following two options to become Research Scientist at ISRO :
(a) B.Tech/ M.Tech Mechanical, Electronics, CSE, Aeronautical/ Aerospace or Metallurgy Engineering etc
(b) M.Sc/ PhD Physics or Chemistry
