First of all try to get a job in any MNC company even if you have a lower package. Then try to setup any small side business by a daily wage worker. Try to maintain CGPA above 7 and focus on tech skills like DSA or some tech because at the end companies will judge you and select you on these basis. Minimum CGPA is only required for seating in company placement round and most company have minimum 7 CGPA criteria.
