    Business Analysts are responsible for identifying the business needs of their clients and stakeholders to help determine solutions to business problems. BA role is techno functional role where he requires wisdom, techniques, technical skill, domain skills and soft skills. Normally industry prefers MBA for BA role. Also IIBA BA certification will help you to have career growth as BA. IIBA has classified BA in five categories: Novice, Advance Beginners, Competent, Proficient and expert based on different skills and competencies. Individuals can develop BA competencies by training, self-study, work experience and industry engagement.
