How can I become a CA? Can I appear for December CPT exam?
I am a class 12th student. I haven't got myself registered for CPT or anything because I didn't know.

Firstly, give attention on your 12th class and after that, join CPT classes.

Fill CPT form from now on wards, you will get enough time to prepare.
