How can I become a certified chartered accountant?

I have completed my B.Com and want to become a chartered accountant. Please guide me with the procedure required to become one. The exams which we have to pass and the course duration and step-by-step procedure would help a lot. Thank you

    Chartered Accountancy is spread over a minimum of 5-years and requires a significant investment of time. Chartered Accountancy is divided into 4 levels.
    Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
    Integrated Professional Competence Exam (IPCE)
    Articleship
    Final exam.
    Level 1
    Common Proficiency Test is an objective based test which includes Accounts, Law, Economics and Quantitative Analysis. It is 200 marks and you have to score 100 to qualify it.
    Level 2
    Level 2 comprises of 7 papers. You need to score 40 marks on each subject. IPCC has 2 groups of subjects,
    Group 1- Accounts, Law, Taxation and Costing and FM
    Group 2- Audit, IT&SM, and Advanced Accountancy.
