I am 24 years old and I have completed my B.Sc IT degree. I want to become a chef. Is 1 year diploma a good option? Is there any other good option? What is the minimum age to enter the kitchen in hotels?

You may even enquire at Shivajinagar Hotel Management college, Pune.
