To become a chef, you must have a professional culinary training. To start your career as a chef you must complete your class X to join the Diploma course in food craft. In order to opt for a degree course in culinary arts, one must complete 10+2 in any stream.
    - Some of the institutes offering training are:
*Indian Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts
    *International Institute of Hotel Management
    *IHM Meerut
    *Christ University
*Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration
