2) A Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.

College principal is one of the most sought after positions in a college. All students look up to this entity for each and every facet of their life.
With such an important position, qualifications too are quite stringent, but not impossible to achieve. As can be guessed, all qualifications required for becoming a college teacher are applicable.
