Hi, To become a Company Lawyer, first, you need to have a law degree from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India. After that, you would need to register yourself to obtain a license to practice law. Company law is one of the most interesting areas of law as it involves a lot of subject matter and a lot of diverse areas. You need to have a fair idea of Companies Act and ancillary areas of law to be a company lawyer. You can get this through the course taught in the law school.
