    To become a corporate lawyer in India, you can:

    Earn a law degree

    Complete a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognised university. You can also pursue a BA LL.B course after 10+2, or earn a graduate degree in any discipline and then do an LL.B. 

    Gain experience

    Work at a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency to gain experience. 

    Specialize in corporate law

    Consider taking specialised courses in your second and third years of law school. You can also pursue an advanced degree such as an LLM in corporate law. 

    Pass the bar exam

    Pass the Bar Council of India's examination to practice law.
