Hello Pankaj,
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. Yu can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed

It is tough to predict the required scores in entrance examinations as it depends on a number of factors like current trend, market conditions, level of competition, etc.

B.Tech CSE will be an ideal educational qualification for you to be a programmer and ethical hacker. You may pursue ethical hacking courses after completing B.Tech.

It is difficult to predict marks required to get CS in next JEE, but if you are able to get rank below 1000, you will get a good IIT for CS.

Associate Diploma in Cyber Security is a foundation programme of 1 year duration from CSSRL, which you can be pursued after class 12th. It is available in regular or virtual classroom mode. It will cover various domains of Cyber Security including ethical hacking.
