The requirements are different so you must specify which country you are planning. Some good options are Canada, Australia and UK. In Canada, before enrolling into a Bachelor's degree you must complete a Diploma in Dental Hygiene or pre-dental associate degree course. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL before admissions.
