    Hi,
    You have to answer an exam much like the IAS entrance. There are judicial services preparation books you can use while studying law from a college. Most children begin early, being born to lawyer(s) and are prepared for CLAT before applying to some of the best institutions in the country.
    If you are lucky and graduate from one of the top 20 in the country, you will be a district magistrate in a week's time. Else, you will have to go through the legal routine : practise for a few years, get a certificate that you did so and apply for the judicial services exam. Good luck and all the best.
