There is no direct recruitment for fighter branch in Indian Air Force. You have following options to join Flying branch in IAF. Apply for NDA exam, which is conducted twice a year. Get through exam, SSB interview, PABT, Medical, and merit, then you will get a call letter for NDA. Spend three years, as air Force cadet and then spend another 1 and half year at AFA, you are ready to go now. All the best.
