How can I become a film director? Which course should I pursue?

I have interest in film production and direction.

    First you should find out if Directing is for you, the best way to do this is to get out there and try it.
    Luckily, good quality filming equipment is so much more affordable than it used to be. If you have a DSLR camera and a laptop with editing software you ARE a movie Director. It's very easy to try it and see if you take to it without having to spend a lot of money.
    I would highly recommend doing this. Almost everyone who's starting out wants to be Director, but not all of them should be. I see people all the time who want to be Directors but would make much better producers or writers or whatever else instead. You should keep an open

    You can do B.Sc in Film Making and TV Production or B. Design in Film and TV Production and eligibility is that you should have passed 10+2 (with English) or equivalent with a minimum of 50%-60% aggregate marks, subject to valid score in the test for doing UG course. I am enlisting best film schools. You can choose a college based on its location, fee structure, college type, accreditation, etc.
