How can I become a good leader? Which leadership training program should I join?

Frankly you do not require any program to become a leader. Its all about your confidence and how you are good with people. All you require is exposure and experience with various people in society. Go for MBA and get some experience in sales and marketing. This is a gradual process. Leaders are not
