How can I become a good poet? What is the scope of poetry?

To become a poet, you should be extremely good at the language you are going to sue in your poetry. Along with this, you need to have a creative side to match your imagination with the words. The scope of the poetry is very less, until and unless you either create a blog with huge outreach or you have right contacts to be put in.
