    Hi,
    First, you have to apply for the design colleges entrance exam. There are quite a few colleges in India where you can apply. Two of the best colleges for jewellery designing are:
    1-NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology): NIFT don't offer any specific course for jewellery designing, but it offers Bachelors in accessory designing and jewellery designing is a part of that only. NIFT offers 420 seats in accessory design (AD). It's a government college. NIFT follows the course curriculum of FIT, New York. It has a centralized campus placement system. NIFT eligibility criteria for this course is:
