    In order to become a judge, one has to qualify the Judicial Service Examination conducted by the Public Service Commission of the respective states. To be eligible for the examination, one must hold a degree in law from a recognized university or institution affiliated to any university recognized by the state government or the central government.
    The candidate must be enrolled as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the examination. The age limit however, may vary from state to state. For instance, the minimum age limit to appear in the West Bengal Judicial Ser
