You cannot become a lecturer after passing B.Sc, you have to pass M.Sc with minimum 55 percent mark and then appear for National eligibility test or state eligibility test conducted by UGC and when you qualify NET or SET you are eligible to be appointed as a lecturer research degree like PhD is alwa
