How can I become a lecturer? I am an M.Sc student.

To become a lecturer in college, you must have completed Masters degree programme and must have qualified the examination with nothing less than 55% marks if you belong to general category. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the same. After qualifying the Masters degree examination with the aforementioned percentage of marks, you will have to apply for National Eligibility Test. This test is conducted by University Grant Commission and those who do not qualify this test are not considered eligible to apply for the Lecturers position in any recognized university or College located anywhere...more
