Hello,
To become a lecturer you must have to complete the Masters' degree, as it is the basic eligibility criteria for lectureship. Once you complete the master's degree, you become eligible for appearing in the UGC NET Exam. The UGC NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test) is conducted by the NTA for selecting deserving candidates for lectureship and awarding Junior Research Fellowship. After clearing this exam you can apply in any college and institute for lectureship in India.
