How can I become a model?

Find specific types of modeling that match your body type.</li><li>Create a portfolio of professional-looking photographs.</li><li>Memorize your body measurements, including hip, waist, and chest size.</li><li>Attend open calls at legit modeling agencies.</li><li>Avoid common scams.</li><li>Research agencies and talk to experienced models for advice.</li><li>Take photographs for your portfolio.</li></ol><p>You should include professional-looking headshots including shots of your close up without a lot of makeup and on a plain background. You should shoot them in natural light (but not direct sunlight) without a lot of distraction in the photos. These are meant for agencies to get a look at you in the raw state. Consider a head shot, a body shot and profile shots. The most important thing to communicate in a portfolio is that you are able to present a range of characters and looks.</p>
