You can become a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy by appearing in NDA exam conducted by UPSC after 10+2. You can also become commissioned officer in the Indian Navy by appearing in CDS exam conducted by UPSC where eligibility criteria is graduation degree. You may refer to the followin link f
