    By building a good communication skill in Hindi and English or any regional language will help you to become a news reader. Pursue Mass Communication course then start focus on news reading. There is no bar for salary if you have right skills.

    You can become a new reader by building your skills, enhance your knowledge, language command is mandatory, Reading skills, Strong GK, Current affairs, Personality.
    Salary is basically depends on the organization and on you/your work, if you deserve much then you can ask for that. Go ahead and all the best.
