How can I become a pilot after completing class 12th in science? Which course do I need to pursue?

After 12th from science, you have to pursue graduation in physics or related subjects, then you can join any aviation academy to learn how to fly an aircraft and you have to earn 500 or 600 flying hours to apply for CPL and then you can apply for co-pilot position in airlines.
