How can I become a professional photographer if my economic conditions are poor?

I am a graduate from Kolkata. Is there like scholarship for photography in West Bengal? Is there any suitable work to make some money for my photography where I can learn something too?

You could do one thing, do a job for some time then buy a DSLR and a photography kit then you can start with small things this will help you to build your photography skills too. You have to put a lot of effort into it and after some time, it will take you to a high level too so don't give up. All
