After completing your M.Com you should take the NET exam and you can become a professor. You need to pursue Ph.D in any one subject.

The path to become a commerce professor is B.Com Hons, M.Com and then PhD in commerce subjects. While doing PhD you have to clear NET examination to become eligible for assistant professor job in universities. With experience in teaching you can grow and become professor in the field of commerce.
