You opted for a very good branch. To achieve this, you must qualify with very good marks in JEE Mains so that you can secure your seat in an IIT as in this, only you will be able to complete your course with knowledge and as well as great skills. It depends upon your aim or area of interest. I will not advice any specific branch because you may have aim or interest in any field. So please just decide your branch after this only I will be able to advice you for B.Tech as well as M.Tech.
