I am weak in physics and maths. My family wants me to opt for medical field. I am studying in class 10th.

You need to get a good mentor and focus on your weaknesses like physics and mathematics. You need to score at least 60 percent in PCM and in class 12th board examination.
After completing class 12th, you need to appear for various entrance examinations. I would suggest, you should appear for JEE Mains and Advanced exam. These two entrance examinations provide admissions in IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.

Employers usually hire job candidates who have a Bachelor's degree. Many people working in the field majored in computer Science, and have a focus on building software.
