Hi,
You have following options to become a software engineer (technical career in IT field) in order of precedence:
(a) B.Tech CSE or IT of ECE
(b) BCA-MCA
(c) B.Sc-M.Sc CS and IT
(d) Graduation with Computer PG Diploma
(e) IT Certifications, etc.
