Akshay, writing is skill that can be developed when you have inclination to learn and imagination that can run wild. For developing this skill you need the right type of course that is going to provide ample opportunities.
Two courses that you can give a though to are B.Sc Film and TV Production and BJMC. Both the courses are meant for people who have a potential to write creatively and have an eye for details.
There are many good institutes that offer ample opportunities to students to cultivate their talent by giving them on job experience, making them work on projects etc.

There is no such courses which help you to become story writer in film industry. But there are courses in Acting, Direction etc.To become a script / story writer, you should have creativity skills. Read more and more.
