If you want to a lecturer in management B-School or university, you advised to do Ph.D and also clear NET. If you want to be a teacher you are advised to do B.Ed. It will be preferable if you do post graduation to become a teacher.

    Hello,
To become a lecturer after BBA, you should have to complete the master's degree i.e. MBA. After completing the post-graduation, you should go for the UGC NET Exam. UGC NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test) is conducted by the National Testing Agency NTA to select the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor only or JRF & Assistant Professor. The minimum eligibility criteria to appear in the UGC NET Exam is post-graduation with minimum 55% aggregate marks. There is no age limit to appear in NET for the post of Assistant Professor but if you are applying for JRF then the maximum age limit is 30 years
