How can I become an AE in CPWD or any other government department? Is 60% necessary in B.Tech civil?

No, there is no percentage criteria. After clearing ESE you can get CPWD.

State government. Recruits AE through their respective public service commission, while UPSC conducts IES examination in every year for selecting AE's to various department. % is not matters in competitive examinations.

Syllabus of SSC JE and state government AE is same or different? If I do coaching for ESE, then SSC JE can also be prepared?
