How can I become an agriculture inspector after 12th?

First, you need to earn a degree in respective field. Not all states require candidates to hold a college degree though. Gain a position on entry level. Obtain the state licensure and then choose a decent and popular school for yourself. Skills you should have, to become an Agriculture Inspector, are- Quality control Critical thinking Problem solving skills Decision making power Communication and reasoning skills Knowledge of word processing, graphics, presentation and spreadsheet software etc.
