Astronomy is very deep and interesting subject. This is a very good choice. You can pursue M.Sc. in astronomy, M.Sc. in astrophysics, M.Tech in astroengineering, PhD in astro-science, etc.

There is a difference between aeronautical engineering and being an astronaut. To become an astronaut you need specialized training conducted only in few locations abroad. You will get all information about it here:

You should qualify NDA and pursue aeronautical engineering. You should complete your military training as a class 1 defence officer. 90 percent of astronauts are defense officers.
