If you want to become an economist, you are advised to pursue MA in economics by appearing in entrance examination of prestigious universities such as DU, JNU, etc. You may have to plan your education up to Ph.D in economics. You can also evaluate preparing and appearing for Indian Economics Services Examination conducted by UPSC.
