    Following are steps to become an IAS officers
    (a) Complete any Graduation degree in your favorite subjects and excel in academics. If you excel in your studies you will require lesser preparation and effort. During your studies concentrate on building General awareness and General Knowledge.
    (b) Civil Servants( IAS/ IPS etc) are selected through All India Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC once a year. It is a two stage examination.
