Oganization behavior comes under the Human Resource subject of the business management education. There are also specially designed orientation courses / short term courses for this. You need to take up one of them. Besides you also need to enhance your oratorical skills and presentation skills to impress upon the trainees. Organisational behavior courses also come under the purview of social sciences.
