To become an IAS officer you need to appear for CSAT examination organized by UPSC. The examination for administrative services is organized in two phases . First is CSAT and then comes Mains. If you are asking score in graduation then no minimum criteria is there. Only you have to clear graduation exam. If you are asking score in UPSC, then it varies from year to year.
