IT will be good if u don't change ur field. As u r of commerce background it will be better if u do M. Com , M Com (Hons.) or MBA MBA (HR). By choosing these steams there are more chances of ur bright career. There are colleges which offer full time courses in the respective fields i.e. Lovely profe

You can always do an MBA/PGDM froma reputed institute in finance and work in the line you want to.

Hello, You dont have to change the line. You are on right track. Complete the BCom.Take the result of BCom, you will be eligible for writing the Bank Exams.
You can apply for the Bank exams for clerical posts, Probationary officers post, Specialist officers post.
