Dear Nirav,
In your case you should complete your MCA and than go for either NET or Phd . After wards you will get the growth in both the ways ( Salary and Position ) too. Even you can apply to colleges for teaching.

Yes you can if you want to change your job profile than only but for teaching job MBA is not a wise decision.
