How can I cancel my admission in engineering?
I have completed 2 years of engineering and want to cancel my admission now due to medical & financial issues but my college is demanding fees for remaining years. Is it mandatory to pay the fee even if I don't pursue it?

If they create any problem, you can take the case to the government body in your area.
